Hotel Deitmer

The worst hotel service of all time! The room was filled with stains, mosquitoes, a blood stains on the wall. After 10 minutes of laying in the bed, my hole body itches and was filled with small black bedding ticks. The manager was arrogant and didn’t want to change the room. He didn’t want me to stay there if I couldn’t live with a dirty room. He said it is only dirty when he think it is. So when did it get cleaned last time I thought? Most likely never 👎 DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL🤬

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Disastrous service! When I returned to my room after my course, it was arctic temperatures because the window had been open since the morning. As I went to get ready for bed and went to the bathroom, I was greeted by a nauseating smell coming from the shower that had seemingly been dismantled by room service. The shower head was on the floor, the drain disassembled and all covered with a towel covered in brown stains. Of course I wasn't informed about anything. When I called reception I was turned down extremely rudely. It's my problem if I notice it so late, nothing can be done and I should take care of making the staff aware of it the next day. Since the employees didn't know anything the next day, as a guest you really have to take care of the absolute minimum services of a hotel yourself, because during my lunch break I found a room that still smelled and the shower was unusable. And that too, AFTER the room service was through! An employee then tried to clean the shower with aggressive chemicals. This led to me vomiting the following night because the chemical gases were added to the sewer stench. They couldn't and wouldn't give me another room because I could have booked for the night on the website, but when I asked they said they didn't have anything available. Furthermore, you shouldn't ignore the incredible noise in the rooms. The rooms are so noisy that you can understand every word. The neighbors' erotic adventures can also be heard crystal clear. So if you're looking for rest and relaxation, I can only recommend other accommodations!
